1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kidzia application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kidzia is a child development tracking application that provides growth monitoring, developmental milestone tracking, educational content, and parenting resources. The App is designed to support parents and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Content Usage

The content provided in Kidzia is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for consulting a pediatrician or healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your doctor regarding any medical questions or conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All articles, designs, graphics, and content published on Kidzia are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission from Kidzia.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Kidzia offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Premium Monthly: Unlimited consultations, ad-free experience, and all premium features, billed monthly
Premium Yearly: Same features as Premium Monthly, billed annually at a discounted rate
Savings Monthly: 3 consultations per month with premium features, billed monthly
Savings Yearly: Same as Savings Monthly, billed annually at a discounted rate

Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

7. Limitation of Liability

Kidzia is not responsible for any medical or health decisions made based on the content provided. The App provides general guidance and educational content only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at support@kidzia.app. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 7 days.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
